Prices include bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles and sat-TV

The current local tax of € 3.20 per person per night is payable on site. (except for children under 14 years).

The charge for final cleaning amounts to 50,00 - 55,00 €.

Prices do not include fresh bread service in the morning as well as drinks provided on request, telephone, use of washing machine.

The Apartment is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is at 9.30 am on departure day.

We accept cash, EC-cards and also credit cards (VISA, MAESTRO) with an additional charge of 3% on the total amount.

Cancellation and withdrawal
A cancellation is unpleasant - for you and for us! There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the consumer protection codex - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained and credited for your next stay (valid within one year from the booked date).
 for cancellation between 29 and 14 days before the beginning of the holiday, 50% of the total cost of the booked apartment,
for cancellations 13 to 4 days before the start of the holiday 70 %,
in the event of cancellation from the 3rd day before the start of the holiday, non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.
